Returns & Refunds
We do our best to ensure you have a pleasant experience with CHRISTIANA, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) to us provided they are undamaged, unmarked and retain its labels/tags, within 14 days of receiving your purchase for a refund.
Any worn items that you no longer wish to have, please send them back to us so we can sell them second-hand, recycle the materials and keep them out of landfills.
However please note that you will not be refunded for the item(s) if it's over 14 days from you receiving your purchase.
Unfortunately, as we are a small independent company we cannot offer a free returns service, so it is recommended that you use a postal service that insures you for the value of your returned item(s) as they are your responsibility until they reach our studio and will not be reimbursed by CHRISTIANA.
It is essential that items are returned in the same saleable condition that you received it. Please avoid the use of perfume, deodorant or makeup. All items are inspected upon return.
APPROVAL OF REFUNDS:
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Where there is evidence that the instructions have not been followed, you will not be refunded. If the item is approved for a refund, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We aim to process your return as soon as possible and should be within 14 days from us receiving it.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

ALTERATIONS & AMENDMENTS:
We can offer an alteration service to your specific measurements.
However, payments for this service will need to be paid before the alteration happens.
If your garment needs amending, don't hesitate to contact us at email@example.com and we can see if we can fix it for you!
Please fill in the replacement box on the return form with your chosen item(s). We only exchange to alternative sizes or colours of the same style.
